SaidThat is a platform that allows you to get instant recommendations from your friends for movies, tv shows, podcasts, and books, discuss these items, view in-depth information, earn rewards for recommendations, and create lists for future consumption.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SaidThat. You also warrant that you live in a country where SaidThat is available for download through either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You must also not be prohibited from using SaidThat under any applicable laws. Finally, you cannot use SaidThat if you have previously been banned from using SaidThat.
To use SaidThat, you must create an account. During account creation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. This includes your first name, last name, username, birthday (for age verification), and a phone number. This data and all other data SaidThat collects is subject to our Privacy Policy.
As a SaidThat user, you may generate content such as consumption history, reviews, ratings, and posts. You grant SaidThat a license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your user content on SaidThat for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, marketing, and using the SaidThat service.
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or post any information that is in breach of any confidentiality obligation, copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person.
The SaidThat service is the proprietary property of SaidThat Inc., and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You agree to access SaidThat through the interface we provide. You must not use SaidThat for any malicious means, or abuse, harass, threaten, intimidate or impersonate any other user of SaidThat or any SaidThat employee. You must not mislead SaidThat's support or moderation representatives, such as by making false or malicious reports about other members or their content, or by sending (or encouraging others to send) multiple reports regarding the same content or issue. Such behaviors may result in action being taken on your SaidThat account.
SaidThat reserves the right to remove any content posted to SaidThat that we consider (in our sole discretion) to be offensive, objectionable, unlawful, explicit, graphic or otherwise in breach of these Terms of Service, including content that expressly (or implicitly, through coded language, symbol, keywords or tags) praises, supports, promotes or represents hate speech or radical ideologies. We reserve the right to remove any content posted to SaidThat that disseminates misinformation and its related manipulations.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Service will be subject to binding arbitration.
SaidThat reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion. Upon termination, all of your data other than the minimum necessary to prevent abuse will be deleted.
We may make changes to these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will notify you in-app via a popup.
You indemnify, and will keep indemnified, us against all forms of liability, actions, proceedings, demands, costs, charges and expenses which we may howsoever incur or be subject to or suffer as a result of the use by you of SaidThat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaidThat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
